This policy explains what we collect when you save your seat for a Carly Agar Training session, what we do with it, and how to ask us to remove it.

What we collect

The registration form on this site asks for two things: your first name and your email address. Nothing else is required, and the form does not collect payment details, passwords, or information about your employer.

How we use it

• To confirm your seat and send you the session details, reminders, and replay link.
• To send occasional emails from Carly about Customer Success career content. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To answer a message you send us.

Where it is stored

Your name and email are sent from this page to Kit (kit.com), the email platform used to manage the list. Your details are not stored in this website's own code. Our hosting and email providers process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the site and email.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your email address, we do not share it with advertisers, and this page does not place advertising cookies or trackers.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message. You can also email hello@carlyagar.com to ask what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action a removal request within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
